Located near Hell itself, the prison is a place where Sorcerers are condemned for offences against Devils. Presented in Chapter 34
A gigantic steel fortress with constant vapor coming from Hell making really hard to breath, seems like nobody sent there comes back, making it more like an execution place rather than a prison.

Tanba's Restaurant crew came to the prison in order to deliver the last meal of one of his customers, Shimizu, sentenced for selling Devil-shape manju candy (an outrageous offence to the Devils, as highly narcissistic creatures, pretty much everything that makes fun of their race is a death warrant), Kaiman went in order to interrogate the Cross-Eyes member too.
